This statement describes how ASD Pharma und Kosmetik Grosshandel GmbH (“ASD”, “we”) processes personal data on this website. It reflects the actual technical reality of the site.

2. Principles

We process personal data only to the extent required to provide a functioning website, answer enquiries and initiate commercial relationships. Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual steps), (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) and (a) GDPR where you consent to cookies or comparable storage.

3. Access data (server logs)

When you access this site, the hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers) collects technically necessary access data: shortened IP address, date and time, URL, referrer, user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other sources.

4. Ask ASD (AI-assisted dialogue)

The text-based assistant “Ask ASD” forwards your messages via a secure AI gateway to a large language model (currently Google Gemini) to generate a reply. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Please do not enter special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) or information about third parties that does not belong there.

5. Contact and meeting requests

If you use the “Request a meeting” form or email us, we process the data you provide (name, email, organisation, message and, where applicable, role and region) to respond to your request (Art. 6 (1) (b), (f) GDPR).

6. Internal access (sign-in, ops system)

For employees and authorised partners there is an internal area. Sign-in and session management are provided by Supabase. A technically necessary session token is stored in your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b), (f) GDPR.

7. Services and recipients

  • Cloudflare Workers — hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase — storage of meeting requests, accounts and sessions.
  • AI gateway with the model Google Gemini — server-side forwarding of your “Ask ASD” messages. Transfers to third countries may occur on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
  • Google Fonts — fonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com.

We do not perform advertising profiling and do not sell personal data.

8. Cookies and comparable storage

This site currently uses only strictly necessary storage. For non-essential storage we ask for your consent via the consent banner. Details: Cookie Policy.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular § 257 HGB and § 147 AO, 6 to 10 years).

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21). Consents can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Contact: info@asdpharma.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA) in Ansbach.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures according to the state of the art, including end-to-end transport encryption (TLS), access controls and logging of administrative access.

We update this policy whenever the services in use or the legal environment change. The current version is always published here.
