The History of Trade

Something is moving across Europe tonight.

Rotterdam · Milan · Warsaw · Athens · Straubing

Goods move before anyone speaks of them.

07:15A call from Rotterdam. A container has been misloaded. By 9:30, the solution is in place.
Trust is not written into contracts. It is earned in situations like this.

The present.

Markets, information and goods flows are moving faster than ever. The decisive advantage is not having more data, but recognising the relevant connections earlier. We move goods. Worldwide.

The next evolutionary step.

Experience remains the core. But experience alone is no longer enough. What once existed only in people’s heads must become retrievable. What once took many hours should become structured and reviewable within minutes. What was previously invisible must remain traceably documented. The system prepares the decision. The trader makes it.

Companies rarely failfrom a lack of information.

How we trade

If we cannot understand a batch, we do not buy it.

Eight principles that guide every decision in the office — what is accepted, what is declined and what is passed on. Drawn from the work, not from a mission statement.

From the Desk

Five cases, as they actually unfolded.

Anonymised extracts from the desk. No names, no numbers, no invented detail. Just the sequence — timestamp, call, decision.

Details have been generalised to protect counterparties. The situations are real.

Straubing and the market

One desk in Bavaria. Six sourcing countries. Buyers across Europe and beyond.

Decisions are made here — at this desk, by the people who sign the invoices. No head office in another city. No hand-off.

What we're building

Wholesale is the operating business. Additional capabilities are being developed alongside it — clearly separated.

Three levels, each clearly defined. What is not yet ready for use is not presented as a finished capability.

Today · Established

The operating business.

International wholesale in haircare, dermocosmetics and fragrance. Branded goods sourced from manufacturers in six countries and supplied to professional distributors and trading partners across Europe. Every working day from Straubing. Everything else rests on this layer.

In progress · In development

What is being built this year.

Structured partner qualification. An internal system that structures knowledge and workflows instead of leaving them in individual inboxes. Clearer market observation in the categories we trade. This site is part of that. Details are shared with partners when they are ready to be used — not before.

Under consideration · Considered

What is being examined, not yet decided.

Adjacent categories. New distribution models. New ventures under the same corporate roof, operated separately. Direction, not announcement. What has not been decided is not presented as fact.

We don't believe in quick deals.

We believe in relationships that work even in difficult markets. Reliability opens the doors that otherwise stay closed.

Structured enquiry

International distributor

You reach professional buyers in a defined territory and are looking for reliable, branded supply. Tell us the market, the category and the volumes you actually move.

Checking availability…

Before we meet, help the desk read your side of the table.

  • Market and territory you actually cover.
  • Categories and brands that matter to you.
  • Channels you serve — pharmacy, retail, professional, e-commerce.
  • Realistic monthly volume in the category.

No forms with fifty fields. One considered paragraph is enough.

The office reads each note and, where the fit is clear, offers a time in Straubing (Europe/Berlin). Otherwise your note goes to the review queue.
